To copy and paste Command Bar button controls in Lightning forms:
You can duplicate Action Buttons (such as Save or Cancel buttons) to reuse their Action Builder logic.
If you have built a button with a complex script (e.g., a multi-stage approval workflow), copying the button allows you to reuse that script elsewhere on the form with minor tweaks.
- Access Command Bar Actions: On the command bar at the top of the form designer, click the Actions menu and select Command Bar.

- Open Configuration Pane: This will open the Command Bar Actions pane on the right-hand side of the screen.

- Copy the Button: Locate the specific button you wish to duplicate (e.g., "Cancel") in the list. Click the ellipsis (...) next to that button and select Copy action button from the dropdown menu.

- Paste the Button: Click the + (Plus) icon within the Command Bar Actions pane. Select the item with the green dashed outline to paste your copied button.

To copy and paste a row in Lightning Forms:
The primary use case is accelerating form design by replicating complex layouts.
Instead of manually dragging, dropping, and resizing rows, a user can design a "perfect" row once and duplicate it.
To copy and paste a row, please follow these steps:
- Copy the Row: Hover over the specific row you wish to duplicate to reveal the vertical toolbar on the left. Click the Copy row icon (represented by two overlapping squares).

- Add a New Row: Navigate to the location where you want the duplicate to appear and click the + (Plus) icon to add a new element.
- Select from Layout Options: A "Layout options" menu will appear. Instead of selecting a standard layout (like "One column" or "Two columns"), look for the option with a green dashed outline. This outline indicates the item currently held in your clipboard.

- Paste: Click the green-outlined item to paste the copied row into your form.
To Copy Form Elements (Fields, Rich Text, etc.)
You can duplicate individual controls, such as data fields, rich text areas, or process steps, to place them elsewhere on the form.
- Locate the Element Toolbar: Hover over the specific element (e.g., an "Amount" field) you wish to copy. A small vertical toolbar will appear next to it.
- Copy the Element: Click the Copy form element icon (two overlapping squares).

- Initiate Paste: Click the + (Plus) icon in the specific column or section where you want to paste the element.
- Select from Clipboard: In the menu that appears, look for the Clipboard section at the top. Select the item with the green dashed outline to paste your copied element.
