As of November 5th or 6th, 2025, Microsoft is aware of an issue where SharePoint Framework apps being used in Teams are presenting users with a “Something went wrong” error. This doesn't seem to be affecting all tenants, but it is happening on a great many, so perhaps it's related to location.
Please see this GitHub issue, with Microsoft's responses. If you are experiencing this issue, please comment on the GitHub post to add your voice and location. And as Vesa Juvonen states in the thread, if you can open a Microsoft ticket about it, that will help even more for them to be able to pinpoint the problem.
This issue would affect any Lightning Tools apps that you have added as a Personal App in Teams, or added to a Teams tab in a channel.
