Pin Topics view: This is a configuration option that lets an Admin pin the Topics page of one forum as the default view for everyone. The Admin must go to the desired forum, then go to Edit mode and toggle this option, which will save that URL in the settings. From then on the web part will display that page as the default. This option will help Admins who want to remove one layer of the hierarchy - i.e., if they only have one Forum.
